Anna Smoliazhenko ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Lemran mobile application (the "App").
By using Lemran, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. About Lemran
Lemran is a personal and family tracking tool designed to help users organize health-related routines, schedules, reminders, and history.
Lemran does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.
Always follow the instructions provided by your healthcare professional and the instructions accompanying any products you use.
2. Your Information
Information you enter into Lemran is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, schedules, and other details you enter into the App.
You may create profiles for yourself and family members whose schedules you manage. When entering information about another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to manage that information.
3. Reminders and Notifications
Lemran may provide reminders and notifications based on schedules created by you.
Delivery depends on factors outside Lemran's control, including device settings, notification permissions, operating system behavior, Focus modes, and device availability.
We cannot guarantee that a reminder will be delivered at an exact time or that every notification will be delivered.
You should not rely solely on Lemran for time-critical or safety-critical health decisions.
4. Local Data and Backups
Information you enter into Lemran is stored locally on your device.
We do not maintain a server-side copy of your personal, family, or health-related information and therefore cannot recover locally stored information if it is lost or deleted.
Deleting the App, using Reset All Data, or losing access to your device may result in the loss of your information, subject to any device backup services you independently use.
If you export or share information from Lemran, you are responsible for how and with whom that information is shared.
5. Diagnostics
Lemran may maintain a limited technical error log locally on your device to help identify application errors.
Diagnostic information is not automatically transmitted to us.
If you choose to use Report a Problem, you may voluntarily share technical diagnostic information with our support team.
Diagnostic reports are intended to contain technical information only and not information you have entered about yourself or your family.
Apple may separately collect and provide crash or performance information according to your device settings and Apple's applicable terms and privacy practices.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Lemran lawfully and not to:
- attempt to interfere with or compromise the security or operation of the App;
- reverse-engineer or misuse the App except where permitted by applicable law;
- use Lemran to manage another person's information without appropriate authorization;
- use the App in a way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
7. Availability and Warranty
We work to keep Lemran reliable and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may modify, update, add, or discontinue features as Lemran develops.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lemran and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Privacy
Your use of Lemran is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled by the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Lemran develops or legal requirements change.
The latest version will show the updated effective date at the top of this page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
