Anna Smoliazhenko ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Lemran mobile application (the "App").
Lemran helps users organize and track personal and family health routines, schedules, reminders, and history.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
1. Information the App Handles
Information you enter into Lemran is stored locally on your device.
This may include:
- family member profiles;
- health-related items and information entered by you;
- schedules, course dates, quantities, and instructions;
- activity history, such as completed, skipped, missed, or cancelled entries;
- other information you choose to enter into the App;
- local error log: up to 20 recent technical error records, including error stack traces, device platform, and operating system version.
The local error log is stored on your device only, contains no user-entered personal or health-related information, and is deleted when you use Reset All Data.
Your personal, family, and health-related information is not transmitted to Lemran's servers and is not accessible to us.
We do not access Apple Health or HealthKit data.
2. How Information Is Used
Information stored locally is used by the App to provide its functionality, including:
- organizing personal and family schedules;
- providing reminders and notifications;
- maintaining activity history;
- generating reports requested by you;
- diagnosing technical errors when you choose to report a problem.
We do not use your personal or health-related information for advertising, profiling, or marketing.
3. Data Storage
Your personal, family, and health-related information is stored locally on your device.
Lemran does not maintain a server-side database containing this information.
Because this information is stored locally, its availability depends on your device and any device backup services you independently choose to use.
Deleting the App or using Reset All Data may result in the permanent loss of locally stored information.
4. Diagnostics and Crash Reporting
Lemran contains no third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or automatic crash-reporting SDKs.
Apple diagnostics. Your device may share crash and performance information with Apple and app developers if you have enabled the relevant analytics sharing settings on your device. Any information made available to us through Apple is handled according to Apple's applicable privacy and analytics practices. Lemran does not intentionally include your locally stored family or health-related information in these diagnostic reports.
User-initiated diagnostic reports. When certain errors occur, Lemran may create a technical error record stored locally on your device. It may contain an error stack trace, device platform, and operating system version.
Nothing from this local diagnostic log is automatically transmitted to us.
You can review, share, or delete diagnostic information through Settings → Report a Problem. Information is sent to us only when you choose to share it.
The diagnostic report is designed not to include family member names, health-related items, quantities, schedules, activity history, or other information entered by you.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We do not share your personal or health-related information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
If you choose to export or share a report from Lemran, you control where and with whom that information is shared.
If you voluntarily send a diagnostic report to Lemran support, we receive only the technical information included in the report.
6. Notifications
Lemran uses device notifications to provide reminders based on schedules created by you.
Notification permissions are controlled through your device settings and can be changed or disabled at any time.
7. Family Members and Children
The App is available to users of all ages, including those under 13. However, we do not knowingly collect or store any personally identifiable information from users. If we become aware of such data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
8. Security
Because your information is stored locally, its security also depends on the security of your device.
We recommend using device security features such as a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID where available.
9. Your Data
You can view, update, and delete information directly within Lemran.
Because your personal, family, and health-related information is stored locally and is not accessible to us, we cannot access, modify, recover, or delete that information on your behalf.
You can delete locally stored information using the controls available within the App, including Reset All Data.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Lemran develops or our data practices change.
The latest version will show the updated date at the top of this page.
